The lips heal relatively quick. On the average person it takes 4-5 days.

Day 1: The lip will appear very vibrant and some swelling does occur. Some clients take a liking to the swelling. You will be provident with a product called LipLock to use during the healing process. This helps to keep you comfortable, and provided nutrients along with SPF for faster healing.

Days 2 & 3: The swelling has gone down and the healing is still in process.

Days 4 & 5: The lips will feel dry and the peeling process begins.

Day 6: You will see the new beautiful color on your healthy lips.

Days 7-14: Your lip may feel slightly dry and chapped.

6 weeks later: Your color may appear even more vibrant. This is when you come in for your follow up visit. We crisp up the vermillion border if needed during this appointment. The follow up appointment can be scheduled anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months after your initial appointment.
